PHWS has partnered with the technology firm Service Software, LLC, a like-minded group that helps us to deliver the kinds of specialized software products that can benefit our industry. Working closely together, we were able to combine each company’s individual expertise to develop a punchlist management software application that has allowed us to continue to serve our growing list of clients effectively and cost-efficiently.

Punchlist Manager

Our Punchlist Manager software improves communication and gives field supervisors access to real-time information for enhanced decision-making. With Punchlist Manager, you can walk the site and complete punchlist or service work on your smartphone, take photos, issue work orders and get job-owner signoff without leaving the field.

Mobile Manager

Mobile Manager is the latest generation of software for Windows-based mobile PC devices and tablet computers. With this powerful program, you can manage your schedule or your vendor’s schedule on work, quality assurance walkthrough items and quality control issues, all while in the field on your handheld device.
